APAM, Member of the APA Women's, Men's and Pelvic Health Group
Member of Women's Health Training Associates

Co-Founder & Principal Physiotherapist
I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhty) at University of South Australia, Adelaide.

Since then, I've worked in various settings across Singapore, Queensland and Victoria. These areas include:
- acute hospital
- step down care for post-stroke and other neurological conditions,
- community settings such as dementia centres and residential aged care
- outpatient/private rehabilitation clinics for chronic disease management and women's health

My interest in Women's health grew exponentially after having children myself. Since then, I have been trained in pelvic floor and prolapse conditions, ante/post-natal management of pain/mastitis as well as healthy and sustainable weight management for women of all ages. As most of these conditions affect us beyond our physical capabilities, I am an advocate for good mental health and emotional wellbeing too. My clients should feel good in their everyday lives and not only when they are receiving treatment.

I have continued to further my knowledge and experience in DMA Clinical Pilates, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Diabetes management, Weight management, in order to provide my clients with the best form of physiotherapy care.

Languages I can speak include English, Mandarin, conversational Cantonese, Hokkien, and Bahasa Melayu.

During my free time, I enjoy reading, exercising and spending precious time with my family.

Having manage complex conditions across all age groups and  within multi-disciplinary teams, I am well equip with skills to provide a wholistic client-centric experience.

My keen interest lies with treating musculoskeletal conditions including temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, cervicogenic headaches, shoulder pathologies, upper and lower limb tendinopathies, spinal/pelvic pain, pre/post operative conditions, paediatric musculoskeletal conditions.

You can expect a precise diagnosis of your problem, a structured and goal oriented rehabilitation program to optimise your performance and recovery.

I utilise a combination of hands on manual therapy including mobilisation and manipulations, clinical exercise therapy(DMA Clinical Pilates, McKenzie Method) dry needling and muscle energy techniques. I also employ electrotherapy (Ultrasound, Interferential Therapy, TENS, Muscle stimulation) to those that may benefit most from it.

In my free time, I enjoy reading up on the latest fitness trends as well as spending some much deserved time with my boys and lovely wife.
