Absolutely not. Your usual environment will be the provide us with the most accurate assessment and applicable treatment methods. Feel free to let us know if you would prefer that we bring our mobile treatment bed along.

Comfortable clothes that you will wear for an exercise session will be sufficient. Our physiotherapist may require you to expose the area of pain during the session.

We pride ourselves on giving you the best recovery experience. Hence, most of our sessions are an hour long so it is not rushed and we have ample time to address all your doubts. Some services may vary due to regulations from various organisations. It is always good to check with your physiotherapist while you are booking your session.

- conducts an assessment which includes observation, testing and measurements of certain movements
- performs treatment based on assessment finding
- re-evaluate your specific outcome measures

- advise on your future/home exercise plans

You will be required fill up some forms and provide us with any claims details before/during the first session. Other than that, just relax and let your physiotherapist guide you throughout your session.
How many sessions do I need to get better?
By assessing treating you in your environment, we reduce the number of sessions needed as we are able to get the most accurate picture of the factors which contribute to your injury and make corrections efficiently. After we determine the nature and severity of your injury, we will be able to advise you of your recovery journey accordingly.
Do I need a family member to be around during the session?
It is not necessary unless you require their assistance with your daily activities on a usual basis.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For private consultations, we accept cash and bank transfer. For other services such as TAC, Medicare or NDIS, we process the claim directly with the organisation, so you can have one less concern on your mind.
